Coordinates all activities of a land development design team under the direction of a licensed professional engineer and project manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, assertive, and personable.
Main Job Roles
-Submit design packages and secure regulatory approval for important community projects
-Track and assist in the optimization of all design team activities from pre-project forecasting through project closure and archiving.
-Communicate regularly with clients, subconsultants, government agencies, contractors, and others about project matters, contracts, billing, and collections.
Qualifications
-Exceptionally positive attitude and energy
-Proficiency in customer service and advanced written and verbal communication skills
-Advanced organizational capability, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple tasks, personal time management, and coordination among teams of people

Designs important civil engineering land development projects, ranging from commercial and residential site designs to water/sewer conveyance to coastal stormwater quality improvement projects. Senior level mentoring and training is available for entry level candidates.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program
-AutoCAD experience

Qualifications
