OPENINGS

  • Coordinates all activities of a land development design team under the direction of a licensed professional engineer and project manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, assertive, and personable.

    Main Job Roles

    -Submit design packages and secure regulatory approval for important community projects

    -Track and assist in the optimization of all design team activities from pre-project forecasting through project closure and archiving.

    -Communicate regularly with clients, subconsultants, government agencies, contractors, and others about project matters, contracts, billing, and collections.

    Qualifications

    -Exceptionally positive attitude and energy

    -Proficiency in customer service and advanced written and verbal communication skills

    -Advanced organizational capability, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills

    -Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple tasks, personal time management, and coordination among teams of people

    -Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

    -Experience in design, land or infrastructure development, or real estate preferred

  • Designs important civil engineering land development projects, ranging from commercial and residential site designs to water/sewer conveyance to coastal stormwater quality improvement projects. Senior level mentoring and training is available for entry level candidates.

    Main Job Roles

    -Land Planning/ Site Design

    -Designing water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control systems

    -Preparing stormwater models and calculation reports

    -Using AutoDesk Civil 3D software for construction drawings

    -Estimating construction costs and quantities

    -Completing permit application packages and attending meetings

    Qualifications

    -Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program

    -AutoCAD experience

    -Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Supports design of important land development projects. This job requires attention to a high level of detail in order to maintain superior design quality/ presentation while working efficiently to meet project deadlines.

    Main Job Roles

    -Site plan and utility layout in AutoCAD

    -Preparation and review of final construction drawings

    -Assisting project engineers with design calculations

    -Tabulating construction quantity takeoffs

    -Aiding with company drafting and file organization standards

    Qualifications

    -Associates Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or Computer Aided Drafting

    -Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D software

    -Experience with land surveying principals

    -Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Licensed professional engineer to manage complete civil engineering projects to include all phases of site development from project feasibility through design and permitting to construction monitoring.

    Main Job Roles

  • Licensed professional engineer to lead various land development projects, including commerical development, residential, institutional, and municipal work as the leader of a design team.

    Main Job Roles

    -Manage project budgets and permitting schedules

    -Negotiate and secure client project contracts

    -Forecast project workload for a small design team

    -Deliver excellence and delight on client projects

    Qualifications

    -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program

    -Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    -8+ years of relevant experience

    -Licensed professional engineer, strongly preferred
